We recently had some 訪問者 from Japan!

Rod's brother Matt, and his family stopped in to visit, while moving back home from a year of living in Japan. We were so excited that they came! Especially since we got to meet our nephew Danny! We had been so bummed to have never seen him in person! You see....when he was born we bought tickets to NYC to see him. Then the day before we were to fly out we got food poisoning/flu. In short, Rod and I were wicked sick, unable to get outta bed--let alone get on a plane. (LAME!!) And then...they went to Japan. All year we have been anticipating meeting him. And he was every. bit. as. cute. as we thought!! We seriously have the *best* neices and nephews. And of course when Danny's little brother joins us early next year---we will be off to NY to see him!!

Danny fit right in at our house. Falling 6 months younger than Caily and about 6 months older than Grayson. Caily and Danny had so much fun *running* and playing together. Turns out they both love monkeys, and whatever toy the other has. In fact they had so much fun that this is when Grayson decided to get up and join in.Here they are stopped for a quick break before ping-ponging off the couches.Danny and Caily sitting on the couch watching Blues Clues.
Danny of course is prepping for Bourbon Street.

We loved seeing Matt, Dena and Heather (who came for a visit) as well! Hope Texas wasn't too traumatizing!!

Also...special thanks to Heather for the dryer. We l-o-v-e it.
