Getting hugs from Grayson after the surgery.This morning (5am, yawn) we took the little bird in to get tubes in her ears. Waiting for the Doctor that early took f-o-r-e-v-e-r...The procedure itself was so fast, the downside was that we weren't allowed to be in the room with her and had to sit outside. . . and then the after effect of the anesthesia were less than fun for anyone. The good news is that after an hour of screaming and writhing, being sick to her tummy, and a 4 hour nap she seems to be back to herself! Here's hoping that the tubes help her feel a lot better more often.
(Added Bonus-Our insurance happened to cover the whole thing!)

Addie had tubes and she hasn't had any problems at all after that. I hope they help her cause having a sick baby sucks!
